UNITED’s Warmer Together Fund 2019-20

Thanks to the generosity of our local community so far this winter, the United in Hammersmith & Fulham Warmer Together Fund 2019-20 is live. This helps provide extra support for less well-off older neighbours in the borough. Applications are invited with simple and clear criteria:

Grants are available for essential items, events and other support which:

  • Demonstrably benefit in-need older people (of state pension age) who live in Hammersmith & Fulham, particularly those in fuel poverty
  • Are planned for by a group (formal or informal) based within Hammersmith & Fulham, or able to demonstrate a track record of working within the borough.  Applicants could be a charity, community group, faith institution, social enterprise, tenants and residents association, or other group of people
  • Are particularly important between December and March

Grants will usually be in the range of £150 – £500. We are unlikely to award grants in excess of this due to limited funds, but please do get in touch if you want to discuss an idea that needs more.

You can quick apply using the button below, or scroll down for more about the Criteria and Process.

Quick apply

This fund is entirely collected from public donations, we are incredibly grateful to the community for their generosity, which has enabled this programme of giving, and we look forward to enabling this every year.
