Kevin McGrath

MRICS OBE DL

Chair of Trustees

Kevin was brought up on the White City Estate in Shepherd’s Bush the son of an Irish migrant.

When he married, he moved to West Acton and now he and his family live in Ealing. He regards Hammersmith and Fulham as home where the first part of his life was spent in a deprived area of the Borough and he remembers free school meals at the local schools that he attended. He has experienced at first hand the changing demographic of the community as successive waves of migrants make it their first home.

Through what Kevin describes as hard work and endeavour, he is now financially secure and has a very successful business as Founder and Executive Chairman of M&M Asset Management.

Kevin has extensive and diverse community and charitable interests. Kevin was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday 2016 Honours List for Services to Charities. He was The High Sheriff of the County of Greater London in 2014/15 and is the Representative Deputy Lieutenant for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
